FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
STU WELCOMES
THE BEAVER (JERRY MATHERS)
AND LUMPY (FRANK BANK)
LIVE THIS WEDNESDAY
ON SHOKUS INTERNET RADIO!
November 4, 2008 - Two television icons will be the in-studio guests on "Stu's Show," the signature program on Shokus Internet Radio (www.shokusradio.com) live this Wednesday, November 5 beginning at 4:00 p.m. PST (7:00 p.m. EST).
Direct from Mayfield, USA, Beaver Cleaver (Jerry Mathers) and Lumpy Rutherford (Frank Bank) will visit for two hours with host Stu Shostak. Both starred on the popular "Leave it to Beaver" series from 1957-1963 and then again on "The New Leave it to Beaver" from 1984-1989. This will be Mr. Bank's third time on the show, and the first for Mr. Mathers, who rarely grants such interviews.
Both gentlemen have written best-selling autobiographies, and both will share their memories of working on the series as well as their lives afterward. There will also be an update on whether the widely anticipated subsequent episodes of the original series will be making their way to DVD in the near future. In addition, listeners will be invited to call in with questions on the station's toll-free telephone number.
"Stu's Show" airs live each Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. PDT on Shokus Internet Radio, with rebroadcasts at the same time daily. Access to the station's feed is free, with no registration required, and is available either by clicking on the ENTER SITE button on the home page (www.shokusradio.com), by choosing one of the audio player links on the main.html page, via iTunes by selecting Radio/Eclectic and then locating the station's name alphabetically in the list, and now via iPhone by installing the WunderRadio program available from the Itunes online store.
