Rhino is releasing a series of best-of releases for several of the TV programs they've licensed, and Land of the Lost is among them! We have met the enemy, and they are weird. They're tall, green and ugly. Their speech sounds like radio static, and they don't do well in sunlight. These primitive but dangerous descendents of the highly advanced Altrusian race are known in the Land of the Lost as the Sleestak. 4 tense episodes selected from all three seasons focus squarely on the Marshall family's battles with their creepiest foes.
The release date is August 30th. Cost is $14.95 for 96 minutes with these episodes:
"The Sleestak God" - The Marshalls come across the Lost City and encounter its lizard-like inhabitants, the Sleestak.
"Fair Trade" - When Rick Marshall ruins a Sleestak pig-trap, he is forced to be the replacement.
"Blackout" - The Sleestak attempt to make the night last forever in order to hunt a special moth.
"The Repairman" - The Sleestak seek out a pylon that will control the sun.
