Industry sources have informed us that
La Femme Nikita - The Complete 4th Season, is finally on the way to DVD! The first season was originally released in July 2003. During the same month a year later the second season was released, but was immediately pulled from the market because of a licensing issue with a song by the group Garbage. When that licensing failed to get worked out, the sets were re-pressed without the song (one of only a couple of times Warner has had to do a music replacement on a TV-DVD, which is very commendable), and the re-worked package came out in March 2005. Then, a few months later, the third season hit in late June 2005. Since then, nothing...until now. We've gotten the word that the elusive 4th season is tentatively set to arrive in stores on
July 25, 2006. We even have an early look at the cover art, which may be subject to change:
