Showtime hasn't officially announced the second season of
The L Word, but it's up for preorder a few places. The
official Showtime store posted the set a few weeks ago, but without a release date, or any other details, we didn't have enough for a news item. They're selling the second season for $69.99, and it'll ship with a "free" woman's tank top.
Reader Five Sieventeign (yes, his real name) emailed to let us know that
Amazon.com posted the set yesterday. They also list the $69.99 price, but discount it to $48.99. If the shirt is worth $21 to you then you can place the order with Showtime, but if price is a concern then Amazon's your store. The set will be released on
October 25.
