Kojak; it appears Shout! Factory may pick up where Universal left off and release the second season of the show. Reader Mark sent Shout! Factory an email to inquire whether the company could license
Green Acres,
Bob Newhart and
Kojak, and this was their response:

Thanks for being a fan!
As of this moment, those titles have not found a home with us, with the exception of Kojak. We are releasing Kojak season 2 later this year.
I will forward your other suggestions along to the appropriate dept. Please check back with us in a few months.

Shout! Factory
The deal that brought this to Shout! Factory hasn't been announced yet, but it must be done if company reps are telling customers the set will be coming later in the year. It's great news, and yet another sign that Shout! Factory is the place to go for fans wanting stalled shows to continue.
