Season Three finds
Kojak embroiled in a series of high-profile cases involving the savage murder of a priest, a car theft ring, an 18-year-old homicide cold case, a cop killer and a Mob hit ordered on Kojak himself. Known for pushing the limits with a fiery intensity while keeping a cool head, Kojak never lets the law get in the way of justice. Joining him throughout the season are special guest stars William Katt, Susan Sullivan, Eileen Brennan and Sylvester Stallone.
Kojak debuted in 1973, and aired on CBS for five seasons with syndicated reruns airing on TV Land. Actor Telly Savalas won an Outstanding Lead Actor Emmy for his role and the popularity of the show, and led to the making of seven TV movies in the 1980s.
