Early in January we
reported about the direct-sale release of
Kids In The Hall - The Complete 4th Season: 1992-1993, which began shipping out in the middle of that month. Now, a few weeks later, we have word about the retail release for those of you who prefer to get it in a brick-and-mortar store. According to
DVDPlanet, the street date for the retail release is
May 30th. The 4-DVD set will go for $59.99 SRP, same as the direct sale offer. But now you get the advantage of the retailer discount (DVDPlanet's is 30% off, bringing it down to $41.97). The retail and direct offer releases are identical. Here's a reminder of what the box looks like:
