About a month ago, when we
first reported that Warner Brothers of Canada would release
Joey - The Complete 2nd Season on a 6-DVD set (but only for retailers "north of the border"), the release date was going to be May 13th, and the cost was listed as CA$55.98 SRP.
The release date got shuffled around a bit, but now seems to still be on track for the
April 29th street date we
reported a few weeks ago. Now there's even better news, though, because the price is getting better too!
Warner of Canada has sent out a notice saying that the list price originally given, CA$55.98 SRP, was incorrect, and that it ought to read CA$49.98 SRP. That info has reached retailers, including
Amazon.ca. So now the discounted pre-order cost they have on that is CA$34.99 (down from CA$39.19). If you've already pre-ordered it from Amazon.ca (I have), then it will be adjusted automatically to the new price (mine was), no matter where you live.
Believe it or not, we *still* don't have cover art for this release, but believe me that we're working on getting it for you. So stay tuned and we hope to have it soon!
