Warner Bros has announced a slew of new TV titles for release on February 8th. We've already told you that Full House, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Murphy Brown were coming to DVD in 2005, but now Warner has announced The Wayans Bros, The Jamie Foxx Show and Night Court will join them. That's right, 6 comedies will receive season 1 sets on the same day, and Warner Bros intends to launch a large promotion around the titles.
Multitalented comic sensation Jamie Foxx (Ray, Collateral) stars as Jamie King, a young man striving for stardom--but working at his family's venerable Los Angeles hotel while honing his stand-up skills before a captive audience in the hotel's once-celebrated cocktail lounge.
The 22 episodes (528 mins) of The Jamie Foxx Show season 1 will retail for $29.98, though you should be able to find it discounted to $25. The set is comprised of 2 double-sided discs, and English stereo track, and English, French and Spanish subtitles. Special features include a never-before-seen Gag Reel with hilarious outtakes from the show.
