Isis - Isis! Blackstar! Space Sentinels! The Freedom Force! 4 Classic Filmation Shows Team Up for BCI's Heroes & Heroines Collection!

Wow, the folks at BCI are taking 4 classic adventure series produced by Lou Scheimer's Filmation Productions in the '70s-'80s, and combining 33 episodes taken from each of them into a 4-DVD combination collection called Heroes and Heroines. This upcoming release, running 671 minutes, will be available on August 5th for the low, low price of just $19.98 SRP!

8 of the episodes are from the live-action Isis show, seen on Saturday mornings as the first such show to feature a heroine. The rest are from the animated series Space Sentinels, The Freedom Force (which included an animated Isis), and Blackstar. SPACE SENTINELS
Centuries ago, the cosmic computer entity known as Sentinel One transported three young Earthlings to his domain, granting them powers and eternal youth. Blackstar soon gains the other half of the sword, which he uses to join his allies in fighting to bring freedom and peace to the planet.

THE SECRETS OF ISIS
Here are the first eight episodes from The Secrets of Isis. When science teacher, Andrea Thomas, unearths a lost treasure on an archeological dig, she finds a mystical amulet which gives her the power of the Egyptian goddess, Isis.
