The ITV network in the U.K. brought out a fantastic series in 1958 called
H.G. Wells' Invisible Man (a.k.a.
The Invisible Man for short). This is the show Ralph Smart produced just prior to creating
Danger Man with Patrick McGoohan. In
The Invisible Man, a British scientist named Peter Brady (no relationship to Mike, Greg, or Bobby of
The Brady Bunch) is working on an invisibility formula and becomes the victim of his own experiments. While he's working on the antidote, he undertakes missions for Crown and Country. Johnny Scripps plays the body of the Invisible Man, while Tim Turner does Brady's voice. The show lasted 26 episodes over the course of 2 seasons.
Dark Sky Films is bringing
