Last week we
posted a story about
The Incredible Hulk (based in large part on a story at Executive Producer Kenneth Johnson's site), and how the 3rd and 4th seasons of the live-action Bill Bixby/Lou Ferrigno series would be released on DVD sometime during this coming June. One of our gamma ray-fanatic friends in the industry saw that report, and has now passed along to us the first word about the exact street date for these two releases! We're told to expect each of these, sold separately, to both arrive in stores on
June 3rd!
Please keep in mind that Universal has not officially announced this info, and it is still subject to change. However, given the June 13th theatrical debut of
Edward Norton's new Hulk feature film, the street date for these TV-DVDs sounds like perfect timing to tie in with the movie.
No exact word yet on the 5th and final season of the classic television show, but as we said last time, we would expect that to appear no sooner than October-ish...possibly around the time that the Edward Norton film comes to home video. Stay tuned for developments on that, plus any further word or info about the DVD releases of the 3rd and 4th season sets!
