A collection of recklessly hilarious, fast-paced, hard-hitting short films, Human Giant brings viewers innovative comedy with a distinctive style and direction. First seen online, short clips like "Shutterbugs" and "The Illusionators" have gained a huge cult following. Human Giant has also gained a large audience in the New York comedy club scene through live shows at the underground club Upright Citizens Brigade.
MTV And Paramount Home Entertainment are preparing a
March 4th release of
Human Giant - The Complete 1st Season. Clocking in at just a few minutes shy of a 3-hour running time, these 8 episodes ought to fit onto a single disc. Cost and cover art has not been revealed, nor any official info about extras. However, a little birdie has told us to expect commentary tracks on each and every episode...perhaps even more than one per episode in some or all cases. We've gotten inside word that recently commentaries were recorded by show Stars Aziz Ansari, Rob Huebel, and Paul Scheer, Director Jason Woliner, and several of the Guest Stars including Patton Oswalt, Bob Odenkirk, Bill Hader, Jack McBrayer, Kristen Schaal and Mary Lynn Rajskub. Updated: We've just gotten in an e-mail from co-star Paul Scheer. Paul tells us that "
