Universal will release the first two seasons of
House in a "Value Pack" on
May 8. This release includes the retail versions of season 1, and season 2, wrapped together in plastic, and selling for $69.98 US. The sets are identical to the ones already in stores, it's just a way to entice customers who don't already own the sets.
Amazon is selling the set for $52.49. They list the set multiple times on their site; Universal offers the set in two configurations - back-to-back, and side-by-side, giving retailers options on how they want to display the sets.
