Back in late September we
reported that this week would see Davis-Panzer's Blu-ray Disc releases of
Highlander: The Series - Season 3, the new-and-improved
re-release of Highlander: The Series - Season 1, and also the
Highlander: The Series - Seasons 1, 2 and 3 Blu-ray Box Set. A number of fans, starting with "Cory," have written in to ask whether these became available on time, which was supposed to be yesterday, November 15th.
We contacted Davis-Panzer to double-check, and we found out the answer, actually, was "no"! These did not become available on-time...rather they became available EARLY! According to what we were told, all three titles began shipping a couple of weeks ago (the exact date wasn't right at-hand during the phone call). An e-mail that was supposed to alert us about it, so we could in turn alert all of you, Apparently that e-mail hit a pothole somewhere information highway, so we're belatedly getting the information out to you.
Folks who pre-purchased these titles from exclusive seller LegendaryHeroes.com (Davis-Panzer's online store) should already have their orders in hand, or else be receiving them soon. Anybody who was waiting for the titles to be "in stock" there before placing their orders can go ahead now: they're available to ship right away.
