Amazon.com, the USA branch of the mega e-tailer, has begun taking pre-orders for the
DVD and high-def
Blu-ray Disc versions of
Heroes - Season 4. These listings are prior to the official Universal Studios announcement of the title, though, so instead of a street date Amazon only says "
This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives."
However, the Canadian branch (Amazon.ca) goes a bit farther! The north-of-the-border pre-purchase listings show that the
DVD and
Blu-ray Disc version of
Heroes - Season 4 will both hit the streets on
July 27th. Our thanks to each of the readers who tipped us off to these listings over the weekend.
No other details available so far at Amazon's entries in either country, nor is there any package art so far. Stay tuned, and we'll update you further on this release, just as soon as we find out anything further. In the meantime we do have the pricing for each of these versions of the title: the DVD format will go for $59.98 SRP in the USA and CA$69.99 SRP in Canada. The high-def Blu-ray Disc format version will list for $79.98 SRP in the USA and CA$91.99 SRP in Canada. Of course, you can lock in your own copy of the product in either format, in either country, at a discounted price if you order it using any of the above links (and of course you support our site in the process, which we appreciate!).
