Here's a bit of info we've missed passing along these past couple of weeks! When we first
reported about extras for
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Volume 3, the final release in the 2002 reincarnation of the classic animated series, we passed along that there was "more to be announced." Earlier this month BCI sent us word about that "more," and we're belatedly passing it along to you! Here's what they told us:
A 40th episode script was completed, but never animated for the series' second season. BCI and Mattel have hired Val Staples and Emilano Santalucia, the creators of the popular comic book series based on this cartoon, to create a full-length, full color comic book adaptation of this unproduced episode. This comic book will appear as a Special Feature on the DVD in PDF format.
