With the past couple of weeks we
reported that BCI's release of
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2002) - Volume 1 (which streeted on Feb. 19th) had a mastering defect on one of the discs. If you've encountered that problem and want them to replace your copy, then you'll need to follow the procedures below. This is quoted from the He-Man.org website, which is where BCI is providing information about these releases, and which they have directed us to duplicate here:
The replacement disc for Mattel's He Man Volume 1, Disc One can be ordered by either sending an email to HeManDisc@gmail.com or calling 866-641-3472. Please include your name, your address, a daytime telephone number and the store name and location where you purchased your DVD.
