Speaking of Timeless Media Group: early this month the released a title called
A Haunting - Complete Seasons 1 and 2, a 3-DVD set from a show that originally aired on The Discovery Channel (full details can be found
in our release listing).
Readers Matthew Lowry and Nate Ragon have each been very helpful to us, sending us e-mails telling about problems with these discs, that we want to pass along to our readers so they can get the correct item! The original sets were missing the narration on the episodes, even though the narrator (Anthony Call) was properly listed on the credits. Matthew also mentioned that there were some bugs with the menus as well. Nate, however, has gotten us all the details about how to get the working versions of the set.

info@TIMELESSMUSIC.COM to get instructions about replacing your existing copy. If you have not purchased this yet, then be aware that there is an easy-to-tell method of spotting the bad copies from the good ones!
If you visit the TVShowsOnDVD release listing for this set, linked above, then you'll notice that the letter "A" in "A Haunting" is colored yellow. That marks the original release of this set. Nate's gotten his replacement copy, and it has the letter "A" colored red, instead of yellow. That way you can grab the working version of this release.
