This fall, Warner Home Video presents the DVD release of the popular Adult Swim hit, Harvey Birdman, Attorney At Law: Season Two, starring Gary Cole (Office Space) and Stephen Colbert. (The Daily Show) . Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law: Season Two will be available on October 10, 2006 in a two-disc collector's set priced at $29.98 SRP.
Once a second-rate superhero, Harvey Birdman is now a third-rate lawyer, with bad-knees and a bad-attitude, working at an upscale law firm. It's not clear whether Harvey ever went to law school, but he definitely knows the lingo and he has a nice suit – even if he still insists on wearing his superhero get-up underneath. Harvey is working like crazy to get ahead, representing animated heavyweights such as Grape Ape, The Jetsons, Droopy and Quickdraw McGraw. Lucky for them, Harvey has vast expertise in fields like copyright law, criminal defense and civil litigation -or at least he can fake it. Season two marks the debut of "Birdgirl" who sets out to prove her superhero litigating skills in the offices of Sebben and Sebben, arriving just in time to assist Harvey in the defense of Morrocco Mole.Featuring Gary Cole as the voice of Harvey Birdman, the series is television's first and only animated law show to star a winged attorney who's ready and able to stick his hands deep into the legal briefs of the animated world.

Marketing Support
Warner Home Video will support Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law: Season Two with a targeted marketing plan including placements on networks such as Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim" block and TBS' "Too Funny To Sleep" programming block. An extensive online media and PR campaign is also planned with banner ads running on comic sites, as well as niche "indie" music, pop culture and entertainment sites.
In addition, Warner Home Video and Cartoon Network are sponsoring promotions on college campuses through the [adult swim] College Rep program.
Adult Swim continues to be among the most popular cable networks with young adult viewers. In fact, Adult Swim set an ad-supported basic cable record for delivery of men 18-34 and men 18-24 in February. Adult Swim regularly tops broadcast network competition among key young adults and young males.
