Harts of the West - '93 Series with Lloyd and Beau Bridges Returns to DVD, This Time Complete

Back in 2002 there was a single-disc, 2-episode DVD release of Harts of the West from Artisan/Lions Gate which came and went so fast that we never got around to adding a listing for that item here at TVShowsOnDVD. Fans of the show seemed to have a hard time finding it at stores (as did we), and we're sure most of you didn't even know it existed. Well, it's history now, so let's move on. Tango Entertainment has a 3-DVD set of Harts of the West - The Complete Collection coming out on Tuesday, October 25th with all 15 episodes of the short-lived series that ran on CBS in 1993. The TV series, which made its debut on ABC in 1993, also stars Lloyd Bridges as the cranky ranch foreman. City slicker Dave Hart is an underwear salesman who after a heart attack quits his dead-end job, uproots his family, and heads West in search of his inner hombre. Dave, his wife Alison, their teenage son Zane, teenage daughter L'Amour and 9-year old son, Duke, all move to Sholo, Nevada where they run into aging cowpoke Jake, who's not at all happy to share his land. This former city-dwelling family is very new to their ranch surroundings leading to hilarious incidents that play out in its 15 one-hour episodes.
