The administrator at HardcastleandMcCormick.tv, "owlcroft," has
recently posted about the season 3 DVD inserts. Here's what she had to say:
VEI apologizes profusely, but their printer messed up. They know the paper is too long and they're really unhappy about the inner slip being left out. But I do have their permission to send the insides to anyone who wants it. (Can't post it on-line because of graphics copyright issues.) Email me off-line and I'll send you an attachment that you can print out and enclose in the plastic shell. It includes the episode guide, a Facts & Trivia section, and a couple of photos.
Since this omission wasn't a "technical defect," they can't be replaced. But VEI will correct the error if there is a large enough demand to issue a second run of the DVDs.
You can get owlcroft's email address by visiting the board, and she'll email you the inserts so you can print them off.
