Just a little-bit over a year ago (May 2004) saw
news of the first DVD's of
Gunsmoke to ever hit: 3 post-series reunion telefilms that were sold either separately or grouped together as
The Gunsmoke Movie Collection. Since then, Matt Dillon and Miss Kitty fans have wondered when they would get another chance to travel back to Dodge City, this time with proper regular episodes. Well, CBS and Paramount Home Video are working to bring those to you this Fall!
Information is extremely limited at this time, but the release month is likely to be
September for
Gunsmoke: The Best-Of Collection. Paramount has assured us that this title IS in the works, and not just a rumor. However, they were not ready to share details with us just yet. We'll bring you all the info, plus cover art, just as soon as we get it. Stay tuned!
