While we're still waiting for CBS/Paramount to
address a mystery about a wrong episode included on their recent release of
Gunsmoke - The 2nd Season, Volume 1, the studio isn't slowing down but instead charges forward with a newly-announced DVD release of
Gunsmoke - The 2nd Season, Volume 2. This next release is scheduled to arrive on
May 27th, and that's all they've given us about it so far. Maybe as a "bonus" the studio can toss in the missing ep from the previous package, "How To Cure A Friend"? We can only hope! For now, here's a picture of the packaging for the upcoming set:
