For four months - since the early June
announcement that Anchor Bay had licensed it from Carsey-Werner - fans of
Grounded For Life have waited for word of a street date for the first DVD releases. We are pleased to be the first to reveal that info to you!
Grounded For Life - Season 1 will be in stores on
February 7, 2006. This will be a 4-DVD set that will list for $39.98 SRP. No word on extras yet.
With all the discussion of syndicated-cut episodes on DVD releases of other Carsey-Werner licensed shows, we hope that this issue is avoided from the get-go on
Grounded For Life, and that we'll see the orignal broadcast versions right off the bat. Will that be that case? Stay tuned for that, extras, and cover art.
