It's been a month since we
posted news and cover art for
Greg the Bunny - The Best of the Film Parodies, an
October 24th release which feature episodes from the recent IFC version of the show, which parody our favorite films. Now we hear from industry sources that the show's producers have vetoed the "GodBunny" version of the cover art that Shout! Factory previously provided to media, because they are worried that consumers will think that this DVD is ONLY a
Godfather parody, and not anything else (kind-of like the full-length
Godthumb" parody DVD).
So, to help prevent that confusion, the show producers, the folks at IFC, and the folks at Shout! Factory have worked to change the cover art to what you see below. The 2-DVD set list-prices at $24.98, but you can
pre-order it from Amazon for $16.99.
