Last week we
told you to expect an
August 29th release date for the long-awaited
Will & Grace - Season 5 DVD set. That date, while likely to be the one used, is still not completely set in stone and could still change, but now other details are available!
The $44.98 SRP we gave you last time was confirmed, for 24 episodes running approx. 500 minutes. Among the guest stars that you'll see for this season are Harry Connick Jr. (introducing his character "Leo" in the season debut), Rip Torn, Kevin Bacon, Mary Beth McDonough, Gene Wilder, Eileen Brennan, Tom Skerritt, Katie Couric, Debbie Reynolds, Elton John, Andy Garcia, Rosanna Arquette, Minnie Driver, Demi Moore, Leslie Jordan, Bruno Campos, Macaulay Culkin, Debbie Harry (of "Blondie"), Nicollette Sheridan and Madonna!
On top of this, there will be extras in the way of several brand-new themed Featurettes, plus the 5th season's Outtakes Reel. Lionsgate hasn't produced the hi-res box art yet, but here's a small look at the front cover:
