It's been a long time - last August! - since we first
posted that
Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. was on its way to DVD. As we said at the time, it wasn't going to actually make it out into stores until sometime during this year. And now, thanks to our friends in the industry, we know when!

Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. - Season 1 is tentatively scheduled to be in stores on
December 12th. All 30 half-hour episodes are supposed to be included on this classic sitcom's DVD debut. We're not sure what the cost will be, or if any extras are to be found on this set. But stay tuned, and we'll have that info - plus cover art - just as soon as Paramount/CBS makes this official!
