David Suchet, beloved portrayer of the peerless Inspector Poirot, puts his acting skills into the guise of another famous mind. Suchet shines in this award-winning performance as Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis and one of the revolutionary thinkers of the 19th and 20th centuries.
Early in January we
passed along early word that the 1984 BBC mini-series
Freud would be coming to DVD this year. Since then it has become official, with a 2-disc set running 350 minutes long getting released on
May 4th. Cost is $34.98 SRP, and that includes a newly-filmed Interview with David Suchet, and a Photo Gallery with David Suchet's personal archive of mementos from
