A quick update for you on the
February news item about the
Freaks & Geeks petition started by Judd Apatow, the show's Executive Producer. First of all, we're pleased to pass on that the petition itself is just a few names shy of 24,000 votes. How cool is that?
But wait, there's more...MUCH more! In
his latest post at the official F&G message board, Judd himself has this to say:
A company wants to do it. We are compiling all the extras and working on the assumption that it is going to happen. They are going to begin clearing the music in a week. They are also interested in releasing Undeclared. So, it is not certain, but we all shall will it into being.
Fantastic news, and we are grateful to the fan from New Zealand, Matthew Louwren, for keeping us informed every step of the way. We will keep a sharp eye out for more details, and update you just as soon as we have them.
