Fraggle Rock - DVD Replacement Program Announced by Lionsgate for The Complete Series

If you've read Gord Lacey's review of Fraggle Rock - The Complete Series, which Lionsgate released for DVD early this month, then you know how badly scratched up the discs were! And Gord wasn't alone; there have been a number of complaints from fans about this issue...entire threads were dedicated to the problem at various message boards. Now Lionsgate has sent us the following message to pass on to affected consumers for a disc replacement program:

FRAGGLE ROCK COMPLETE SERIES SET

We have received reports about problems with the packaging of the Fraggle Rock Complete Series Collection. In some instances the lower-sitting discs dislodge in shipping. This may cause some of the discs to scratch or become unplayable.

If you have experienced this problem, you can request complimentary disc replacements by contacting us by mail at the address or email below. There will be no charge to the consumer for the individual disc replacements.
