One Foot In The Grave, starring Richard Wilson (
A Passage to India, guest role in Eccleston's
Doctor Who) and Annette Crosbie (
Calendar Girls, the voice of "Galadriel" in Ralph Bakshi's animated
The Lord of the Rings). The show has been seen in the USA on PBS in various markets, and has a good following in the States as a result. This past March the BBC and Warner Home Video released DVD sets for
One Foot in the Grave - Season 1 and
Season 2, both on the same day.
Almost a year later they're going back to the well, finally, with two more season sets of the acclaimed British show.
March 11th will see the release of the 3rd and 4th seasons, with six episodes per season (or "series", as they say in the U.K.). Just like before, each season will be sold as a separate 2-DVD set, with a cost of $34.98 SRP each. Besides the episodes, Season 3 is confirmed to have the 1991 Christmas special "The Man in the Long Black Coat" on board, and Season 4 is also going to have a special episode as well (not yet specified, but probably the 1993 Christmas special "One Foot in the Algrave"). One or both of these will contain audio commentary tracks, too. Cover art isn't available yet, but here's the studio description:
