The new guys on the block, TV-on-DVD wise, are TGG Direct, and after a couple of delays they released on January 29th a number of titles that included 2 seasons of
Bat Masterson, all 4 seasons of Lloyd Bridges in
Sea Hunt, and the first and last seasons of
The Young Riders. What's next?
TGG's next wave of items in the TV-DVD category will include the 2nd, 3rd and 4th seasons of 1995's
Flipper, popularly known as "
The New Adventures." You might recall that the first season
came out as an Amazon CreateSpace MOD title midway through 2010, and most passionate fans of the show picked it up at that time. Now the remaining three seasons of this remake show (whose cast in the first two seasons included a young Jessica Alba!) will be available on
April 2nd, at what is said to be $24.96 for each 5-DVD set. You can
pre-order them from Amazon right away. The cover art for these items isn't available yet, but each Amazon entry has a list of the contents if you scroll down. Stay tuned for updates!
