Warner Home Video is investigating a possible issue with The Flash: The Complete Series DVD Disc 1. Upon completion of this investigation, WHV will be setting up a response system to address consumer needs. Please revisit this site for updates.
I know many of you were hoping for a solution, but they need more time to look into the problem. Without going into specifics, this glitch doesn't follow the "normal" pattern of affecting certain players, a store, or geographic region. Warner Bros needs a bit more time to investigate the issue before they replicate new discs, or they run the risk of sending out faulty replacement product.
We asked people to send in their player information in a previous news item, but we no longer need that sent to us.
