Fans of
The Flash started reporting problems with the
pilot episode skipping shortly after the set was released on
January 10. We contacted Warner Bros and they've been looking into the issue, but haven't been able to nail down the exact cause. They've tested numerous sets and haven't found any problems, and the problem sets are coming from various geographic regions, so a bad batch has been ruled out. Now we're asking for your help in solving the skipping problems.
If you've experienced problems with the pilot episode skipping please
email us (General Questions/Comments) with the
Brand (Sony, JVC, Toshiba...) and
model number (usually some numbers and letters found on the front of the player) so we can pass the information on to Warner Brothers. If it's used in a computer DVD player, let us know the brand and model of it, please. Sometimes there are issues with sets that affect a single model or brand of DVD player (or computer drive), and this appears to be what we're dealing with.
Please do not email us to say your set plays fine; we only care about problem sets, and the players that have been used to play the discs.
