All in the Family fans are used to long waits between DVD releases: the first season of the show hit DVD in March 2002, then it took close to a year for the Feb. 2003 release of season two, and then another year-and-a-half almost before the July 2004 shipment of the third season! But TVShowsOnDVD is hearing that it will be relatively "quick" for the 4th Season to arrive.
No offiical announcement has been made by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (formerly Columbia/Tristar) yet, but rumors have reached our ears that such an announcement is about a month away. And that this will say that All In The Family - The Complete 4th Season will hit stores in mid-April, just nine months after the third season's release...the shortest interval yet!
TVShowsOnDVD has not been able to verify the accuracy of this rumor directly with the studio as of yet, but it comes from a VERY reliable source. Stay tuned, because we'll be looking for that formal announcement soon.
