Recently we've been
letting you know that Chef Gordon Ramsay's
The F Word - Series 1 is coming to DVD in North America, thanks to the folks at BFS Entertainment. Originally, the date shown for the first "series" (British for season) was Feb. 10th, but BFS noted that it was subject to change. Now they've finalized their release date, and moved the title back a week to
February 17th. That new date has already been updated at the Amazon pre-order listing for
The F Word - Series 1, which was the source of the original date.
What's more, BFS has decided to quickly move foward with their follow-up release! Over the weekend a separate Amazon pre-order listing has appeared for
The F Word - Series 2, and it's getting served up just a month later, on
March 17th. Like the first release, it has a list price of $29.98 SRP (both are discounted if you order through Amazon).
BFS has also given more details about the first release. It is a 3-DVD collection of 9 episodes, running approx. 434 minutes. Episodes are presented in widescreen. Here's our first look at the package art:
