This coming Tuesday, January 15th, sees HBO's release of
Extras - The Complete Series Gift Set, which includes the debut on DVD of the
Extras - Extra Special Series Finale which recently aired. Fans who already have the first two season sets were a bit upset to think that re-purchasing those episodes would be the only way to own the Finale special. Now we're pleased to pass along HBO's plans to release it separately!
The
Extras - Extra Special Series Finale will be sold as an individual disc beginning on
February 26th. It is the exact same item sold in the "clapboard" box set for the complete series, and the art for the disc case in that set is the same art - seen below - that is for the individual release. Cost is $19.97 SRP, but you can
order it from Amazon for $13.99!
