These Friends of Mine officially became
Ellen during the second season of the series. Recurring character "Joe" (played by David Anthony Higgins) becomes a regular as well, as the show really took off at this point.

Also you'll find that Joely Fisher's real-life mom, Connie Stephens, lends her voice for "The Christmas Show" as the voice of the mother of Joely's character, Paige.
