Earth 2 - The Complete Series. Now the final information has trickled out from Universal about this release: the extras you can expect on this compilation.

Sliders - Season 3 and
Cleopatra 2525 - The Complete Series are arriving on DVD the same day as
Earth 2, and the studio is placing bonus episodes of at least one of the others onto each of these sets. The cross-promotion effort is obvious here, and getting mixed reactions from fans. Some appreciate the ability to check out another series at no extra cost, others are irritated at the obvious marketing effort at what they feel is the use of space which could otherwise go toward more extras for the show they paid to get on DVD. In my opinion, the studio is providing all the extras for the primary feature that they're willing or able to, and so these bonus episodes aren't taking anything away from the fan experience. So, nothing's lost in all likelihood.
