It's been over five months since the release of the 3rd season set, and fans are getting restless for word about
I Dream of Jeannie - The Complete 4th Season on DVD. Sony hasn't made any announcement for this yet, but
Amazon.com's pre-release listing for it has been spotted!
That next-to-last season has some interesting guest stars, from
Bewitched's Dick Sargent to comedian Dave Barry to NFL star Rosey Grier. In one episode, Jeannie gets a guest spot on
Laugh-In, so look for Arte Johnson, Gary Owens, and others. In that same episode, future Larry Hagman co-star Susan Howard (
Dallas character "Donna Krebbs") shows up as a salesgirl!
The Amazon release listing shows a
September 4th launch for this 26-episode package, with Amazon's discounted price of $27.99 as compared to a $39.95 SRP. Running time shown there is 654 minutes.
