Drake & Josh - Go Hollywood with Drake & Josh This Valentine's Day

Drake & Josh Go Hollywood on February 14, 2006, with a new 120-minute DVD from Nick and Paramount Home Entertainment. Here's the cover art and, below that, a modified version of the studio description that we've changed up a little bit to reduce the spoilers.

Drake is upset that his band, which is great, doesn't seem to be going anywhere. He's playing at birthday parties and homes for the elderly. Seeing that Drake is depressed, his brother Josh offers to become his new band manager. Reluctantly, Drake gives Josh a chance and appoints him new manager of his band.

Soon, Drake and Josh find themselves in Los Angeles due to a mishap: Drake and Josh accidentally put their little sister, Megan (played by Miranda Cosgrove of School of Rock) on the wrong flight, and she ends up in L.A. (she was supposed to fly to Denver to visit a friend). So, Drake and Josh fly to Los Angeles to find Megan -- where she's now living it up at a five-star hotel by the beach.

While in the hotel, Josh visits the lobby men's room. There, Josh happens to meet the Talent Booker for MTV's TRL. He is on his cell phone, upset with someone on the other end for cancelling a huge music act (Usher) who was supposed to give a special remote performance from Hollywood on TRL the following day. Josh seizes this opportunity. He whips out his laptop computer and shows the Talent Booker a DVD of Drake, performing. The Talent Booker is impressed by Drake, but tells Josh that TRL doesn't book music acts that don't have a record label and haven't sold records. But Josh is relentless, and the Talent Booker is a bit stuck...

However, things go awry when Drake and Josh get caught up in an incident which involves some criminals who've stolen a U.S. currency (money printing) machine. Drake and Josh are in the wrong place at the wrong time, and end up being captured and held captive. They have to get free, foil the bad guys, and get to the TRL studio in time...and hope that the audience loves Drake and his band.
