A couple of weeks ago we brought you the
first word about the Late Summer/Early Fall wave of
Doctor Who titles, and cover art to boot. Now we have a specific release date to announce!
Doctor Who - Story #045: The Mind Robber (starring Patrick Troughton) and
Doctor Who - Story #092: Horror Of Fang Rock (starring Tom Baker) will phase in at a store near you on
September 6th, each one going for $24.98 SRP.
That's all the new info that distributor Warner Home Video has provided so far, so we have to wait on them and the BBC to provide detailed specs and extras. According to the Doctor Who Restoration Team, we can expect the extras to consist of the usual sort of things: commentary tracks, featurettes, production note subtitles, picture galleries, and (of course) easter eggs. Stay tuned and we'll bring you complete details once the studio officially provides them.
