In 2006-07, Image Entertainment released DVD, Blu-ray and HD-DVD versions of
Discovery Atlas, taking us to China, Italy, Brazil and Australia. There was also a box set at the time, compiling those four titles into one collection. Now Image is going back to bring us every episode this time, with their
November 10th release of
Discovery Atlas - The Complete Collection on DVD and high-def Blu-ray.
The new title, coming on either 2 Blu-ray Discs or 3 DVDs, transports you to South Africa, France, Japan, Mexico, China, Italy, Egypt, Russia, India, Australia and Brazil. Running time is 559 minutes, with audio in English Dolby Digital 5.1 and video in 16x9 widescreen (enhanced for high defintion on the Blu-ray release).
