It's x-rays galore of a murder viction on the back of the box for "Diagnosis Murder - The 3rd Season" five-DVD package, due from CBS/Paramount on
December 4th. You can take a look at the rear box art, below, which warns that "some episodes may be edited from their original network versions." We're not sure what those changes are, but we surely hope they're minor!
