It's been a long time since we've posted news about
Denver, the Last Dinosaur. In fact, it's been well over a year since we
relayed WEP's request to fans asking for feedback about a possible "best of" DVD release. Well, they've decided not to go that route.
Their new plans were recently revealed in a post hidden over at the official
Voltron discussion forums! One poster over there, Jodi by name, casually asked "
any progress on getting Denver on DVD soon??, and the forum admin, who is an employee at WEP, responded positively. A TVShowsOnDVD reader, Dan Hernandez, spotted that response and sent us this message:
Denver is going to be released on DVD sometime in the near future. The release will consist of the first 10 episodes and eventually the entire series will be released on DVD.

We wrote to WEP and asked for confirmation of this information, and they told us the following:
Yes that info is correct. Hard to nail down a street date but the plan is to slowly release the whole series.
Great news! Our contact at WEP also pointed out that they just started selling
a Denver t-shirt at their online store, to go along with the
plush doll they've also been selling. Very cool. But we know that the DVD is what you really want to know more about, so stay tuned and we'll keep you advised of developments, okay?
