This past summer it was announced that Gaiam Americas had signed a deal to take over retail distribution of DVD and Blu-ray titles from Discovery Communications. However, there's still some life left in Discovery's contract with one of their previous distributors, Image Entertainment. And this morning Image has announced a March 30th DVD release for the Discovery Channel program Deadliest Catch - Season 5.

This 5-disc set running 588 minutes includes all of the content (including bonus material) described in the studio description above, at a cost of $29.98 SRP.
