After bringing us the first series (season) of the U.K. program in 2008, and the second in 2009, the BBC and distributor Warner Home Video have announced that on
August 3rd they will close out the show's run on DVD with their release of
Days That Shook the World - The Complete 3rd Season. This two-disc set (472 minutes) will run $29.98 SRP and contain the final 8 episodes:

- Let Freedom Ring: The Boston Tea Party/The Independence of India
- Battle For The Holy City: The Six-Day War
- The Battle of Midway
- The Road To Revolution: The Execution of Ceausescu/The Iranian Revolution
On the same day, BBC/Warner will also release
