A few readers have written in to tell us that
Dark Skies will be released in Region 2, and they're planning on importing the set. There's no need, as we have a very reliable rumor that
Dark Skies will see a Region 1 release very soon. Fans of the sci-fi series may recall a lot of music was used in the series, which was set in the 60s, and resulted in the
cancellation of a previous attempt to release the show. The good news, from our trusted source, is that
ALL the music has been cleared by Sony (Sony is not the company releasing it, they owned the rights to the series). Our source didn't have a date for the set, but if Sony has already licensed it out, we'd expect it sometime within the next year.
