This past August we
let you know that Spike TV's
D.E.A. series was coming to DVD. The info came from an Amazon listing, which was taking pre-orders back at that time, and citing a release date of December 30th. Since then, though, the listing has been altered to stop taking advance purchases, and the release date shown had been removed. We've been waiting on an update about this from Spike's distributor, Paramount Home Entertainemnt, and now we've got one for you!
D.E.A. - Detroit is now officially announced with a new release date of
February 10th. It will come on 2 discs running 276 minutes, and it will include a complete bonus episode of another Spike TV series,
Real Vice Cops: Uncut. Video is widescreen, and audio is English Dolby with subtitles in English. Here's the studio description and a small look at possible cover art (subject to change):

Spike TV's new hit show gives you uncompromising look into the gritty Detroit drug underworld. Ride shotgun with the task officers of Group 14 as they go undercover posing as drug dealers, conduct raids on stash houses, and "flip" low-level dealers in the hopes of working their way to top of criminal organizations. D-E-A: you may think you know what those letters stand for, but you don't. Watch now and you will.
